The climate in your relationships dictates the forecast of those relationships. What’s it like to live on the other side of me?
Self-esteem is trying to deal with the outside of you while that deep-seated insecurity is inside of you.
When conflict is resolved – the climate of the relationship gets better.
The reason for conflict is because all of us are a little different, and those differences collide sometimes and they create conflict.

“Let loyalty ….never leave you.”
Keyword: engage, be loyal to the relationship resolving the conflict will bring great return on your investment.
