Most people think the Ten Commandments are a list of rules / Do’s & Don’ts. But actually, the Ten Commandments are principles for living. Those principles enhance our relationships with God and other people.

1.PRAYER

When we use God’s name to pray for a selfish purpose, we take His name in vain.

2.PROPHECY

In the church today, we have people that sometimes share their opinions and say that God said it, and it’s little more than their own desires being expressed or to come across spiritual.

3.PROCLAMATION

It’s arrogant to treat the name of the Lord in a common manner or to use God’s name to curse.
The best way to proclaim the name of the Lord is to praise Him with gratitude.

You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
What a Beautiful Name it is!
