“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”Isaiah 9:6
I. Definition
Mighty – “Gibbor” / Hero, Champion, or Warrior”
God – “El” /Elohim
Psalm 50:1 NIV
The Mighty One, God, the Lord, speaks and summons the earth
from the rising of the sun to where it sets.
II. Demonstration
Jesus demonstrated that He is our Mighty God by showing His
power over: creation, demons, sin, and sickness.
III. Implication
Jesus, as the Mighty God, has the power to: save, keep, defend
and resurrect you.
IV. Desperation
If you are desperate for the Mighty God, surrender to Him and receive Him into your life!
