The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It’s God-breathed. It’s a weapon. It’s food. It’s life. But for many of us, reading the Bible can be a challenge. A new study has revealed that a startling number of Christians very rarely delve into the word of God. Only one-third of Americans who attend a Protestant church regularly (32%) say they read the Bible personally every day. Roughly a quarter (27%) said they read it a few times a week. In this series, Pastor Tom Cogle talk about God’s Word and the importance of making it a part of our daily lives.

Pastor Tom Cogle
In this study we want to emphasis the Importance of making God’s Word a part of our daily lives.
The three temptations Jesus faced recorded in Matthew are symbolic of three categories of temptations we all face.
1.PROVISION
The temptation is to look to others for our needs instead of God.
We’ll never be able to trust God with our every need unless we know what is written and we will never know what is written unless we first read it!
2.PROTECTION
How do you know God will protect you?Because it is written!
3.POWER
We will never know God’s power unless we know God’s Word.
If you are going to be able to overcome the temptations that come to you, you are going to have to read the Bible.
You can’t say IT IS WRITTEN if you haven’t read it!
