In this three-part series, we’ll look at three main ways that Jesus loved the Church: by, washing feet, forgiving sinners and breaking bread.
Jesus showed He loved the disciples by doing something everyone else thought was too low to be done.
John 13:35 – “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”
How do we show we love one another?
By serving each other.
As a Christian, serving is not what you do; a servant is who you are!
If you want your kids to grow up serving Jesus:
· Let them see you serving.
· Get them to serve God through your church
We’re not looking for a church to meet our needs.
We are the church and we meet the needs of other people.
What do you get for serving others?
You get the thrill of being used by God.
