For years, mighty men like Samson judged the Israelites, but in the days of Shamgar and Jael, God raised up a mother. Deborah saw the evil and danger in the roads of her city and took a stand, not as a warrior or judge, but as a mother. Where are the mothers who will take a stand for their family and build a road toward God?

Deborah was one of the judges in Israel. When she saw the road that Israel was headed down, away from God, she took a stand and said, “they are not going to lead my family down that road.”
She didn’t arise as a warrior, a judge, or a prophetess, even though she was all of those things. She arose as a mother for Israel. She arose with the Spirit of Motherhood.
We have got to have a Spirit of Motherhood arise in our nation and it starts with the mothers who are Christians in our churches.
Proverbs 31 gives a description of such a mother.
The world was in bad condition when Deborah came on the scene. But when she got through with it, her world was in a better place.
