How do you respond when you get some power?
Power or authority equals responsibility.
One day you’re going to be given power and authority if you haven’t already been given power and authority.
· It is a huge test. Another way of putting it would be the test of success.
1. FROM WHERE DOES POWER COME?
Power comes from God. We have to have a balance between feeling my hard work accomplishes everything versus it’s all God and I had nothing to do with it. The latter is false humility. God blesses our hard work.
2. TO WHOM DOES POWER COME?
Power comes to someone who is humble.
James 4:10 NKJV
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
3. WHY DOES POWER COME?
God gives power so you will do good and help people.
With a heart of humility, we can pass the power test.
