The Baptism OF the Holy Spirit is when you receive Christ as Savior. The Baptism IN/WITH the Holy Spirit is when you are filled with the Spirit. When you get saved, the Holy Spirit baptizes you into the Body of Christ. After you are saved, Jesus baptizes you in/with the Holy Spirit.
