3 PRINCIPLES OF PURPOSE
1. YOUR PURPOSE ISN’T FOR YOU.
YOUR PURPOSE IS GOD’S PURPOSE.
Psalm 57:2
I cry out to God Most High, to God who will fulfill his purpose for me.
2. YOU DON’T FIND YOUR PURPOSE.
YOU SERVE GOD’S PURPOSE.
Psalm 78:70-7170
He [God] chose his servant David, calling him from the sheep pens.71 He took David from tending the ewes and lambs and made him the shepherd of Jacob’s descendants—God’s own people, Israel.
3. IF YOU WANT TO SERVE GOD’S PURPOSE,
START SERVING GOD’S PEOPLE!
Mark 10:45 (Jesus was sharing with us His purpose in life)
For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.
